Contract Duration: Unlimited, may be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the end of the current billing cycle. If you don‘t know how to cancel your membership please let me know at admin@gymbro.at and i will help you!

Learn how to train properly!! Every exercise is explained down to the smallest detail. Technique corrections to ensure proper execution. Motivation and the extra boost you need to make your workouts productive! Suitable for: 1. People of all ages and all fitness levels. 2. People who want to lose excess weight. 3. People who want to gain muscle mass and strength. 4. People returning to the gym after injuries. 5. Older adults who want to stay functional and feel good. 6. People with health conditions such as high cholesterol and triglycerides, hormonal imbalances, high or low blood pressure, insulin resistance, or limited mobility. 7. Creation of a personalized nutrition plan tailored to the client’s goals is included as bonus only with the training packages with 10 workouts or if you have also the Online Coaching membership. CAUTION: You can do your workouts anywhere while having me as your coach via Smartphone, Tablet !
