Welcome to the GYMBRO Team!
Before we begin our work together and start progressing toward your goals, please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions. By using the GYMBRO application, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all terms stated below.

1. Agreement and Access

By signing this agreement or creating an account in the App, you obtain access to the features included in the membership type you have purchased.
Depending on your membership, you may also gain access to the Premium Online Coaching service provided by me, Yavor Varbanov (Coach & Nutrition Specialist).

2. Membership Types

2.1 Basic Membership
The Basic Membership provides full access to all app features excluding Online Coaching.

Fee: €15 per month (automatically billed monthly)
Contract Duration: Unlimited, may be cancelled at any time
️ To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the end of the current billing cycle

2.3 Online Coaching (Premium Service)
The Online Coaching Membership includes full access to all app features available in the Basic Membership plus Premium Coaching services delivered by me.

The package includes:
️ Personalized training plan
Personalized nutrition plan
Daily progress monitoring & adjustments when needed
Direct communication for important questions or motivation


Subscription Options:

2.3.1 Online Coaching – Unlimited
Fee: €150 per month (automatically billed monthly)
Duration: Unlimited, may be cancelled anytime
️ Cancellation required at least 2 weeks before next billing cycle

2.3.2 Online Coaching – 3 Months
Fee: €130 per month
Duration: 3 months (fixed)
Cannot be cancelled during the period
Access ends after 3 months unless a new plan is selected

2.3.3 Online Coaching – 6 Months
Fee: €120 per month
Duration: 6 months (fixed)
Cannot be cancelled during the period
Access ends after completion unless renewed

2.3.4 Online Coaching – 12 Months
Fee: €100 per month
Duration: 12 months (fixed)
Cannot be cancelled during the period
Access ends unless a new membership is selected


3. Motivation System & Reward Points

All members can earn reward points by:
Participating in challenges
Completing assigned tasks

Points can be redeemed for services or physical rewards within the App.


5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis
No refunds for partial months, unused periods, or fixed-term memberships
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellations



6. Health Disclaimer

You confirm that:
You are in good physical condition
You have consulted a medical professional before starting
️ The App does not replace medical or professional healthcare advice
You use the App and coaching services at your own risk


️ 7. Liability Limitations

GYMBRO, the App, and Yavor Varbanov are not liable for:
Injuries due to improper exercise execution
Health issues caused by ignoring medical advice
User negligence or misuse of the App
Data loss due to technical issues
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the last billing period.


8. User Responsibilities

As a GYMBRO member, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal information
Keep your account private
Follow plans responsibly
️ Use the App ethically and legally
Violations may result in account suspension.

9. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)
GYMBRO fully complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9.1 Data We Collect

Name, email, phone number
Payment data (processed by third parties)
Training & nutrition data
App analytics


9.2 Purpose of Processing

Personalized plans
Service improvement
Subscription management

Encrypted & secure systems
No selling or renting of personal data



9.4 Your GDPR Rights

You may:

️ Request corrections
️ Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
Withdraw consent
Request data transfer
You may also file a complaint with an EU Data Protection Authority.

10. Account Termination

Your account may be terminated if:
Terms are violated
Fraud or abuse is detected
Payments repeatedly fail
️ You may request account deletion at any time, if your membership allows it.
